For three decades, RFC Contracting has planned and built commercial, institutional, and light-industrial projects across Northeast Ohio, representing owners and managing construction from preconstruction through closeout.
Founded in 1995 as a general contractor, RFC has grown into a full-service firm whose focus today is project and construction management. The work speaks for the firm; the pages below are the record of it.

CM-at-risk and agency CM. Budget, schedule, and trades managed from preconstruction through closeout. RFC carries the risk and the coordination so the building comes in as promised.

On the owner’s side of the table, protecting schedule, budget, and design intent through construction, while every decision stays the owner’s.

RFC Contracting has experienced construction from every seat, as owner, as designer, and as contractor. That perspective is why owners bring the firm in early: it understands what each member of a project team is accountable for, and where projects actually go wrong.
Thirty years of relationships, not marketing, built this practice. Its clients are cities, school districts, fire districts, and private owners, many of whom came back and sent the next one.
