RFC Contracting

RFC Contracting was formed principally as a general contracting firm, capable of constructing a wide range of projects. As it grew, its services expanded into development, design-build, and construction management. Today the firm’s main focus is project and construction management.

RFC has experienced construction from every seat, as owner, as designer, and as contractor. That perspective is why owners bring the firm in early: it understands what each member of a project team is accountable for, and where projects actually go wrong.

The practice was built on relationships, not marketing. Its clients are cities, school districts, fire districts, and private owners, many of whom came back and sent the next one.
