What we do

RFC leads projects for public and private owners across Northeast Ohio, from representing the owner through delivering the building. The firm’s focus today is project and construction management, built on thirty years as a general contractor.

Construction Management

RFC’s primary practice today. As construction manager, the firm owns the delivery of a project: preconstruction estimating and constructability, bidding and buyout, schedule and budget control, and field coordination through closeout. Under CM-at-risk, RFC also holds the guaranteed price.

Owner’s Representative

For owners who want their interests protected without carrying construction in-house, RFC acts as an extension of the owner’s team, vetting design, managing the contractor, controlling scope and change, and keeping the final decision where it belongs: with the owner.

General Contracting

The discipline the firm was built on in 1995. RFC self-coordinates commercial, institutional, and light-industrial construction with direct accountability for quality, schedule, and cost.

Design-Build

A single point of responsibility for design and construction, structured to compress schedule and remove the gaps where risk lives.
